Can I get my Harmony Balance band wet?
Yes, many of our users are swimmers, surfers, water-skiers etc and most of our users never take them off!
How often can I wear my Harmony Balance band?

What is an Harmony Balance band made of?
The bands are made of medical grade silicone to which our own high concentration negative ion powder is added.
How many negative ions does an Harmony Balance band emit?
The formula we use allows our bands to emit approximately 1500 negative ions per cm³, the highest level of any negative ion band that we are currently aware of.
How do I know if my Harmony Balance band is working?
The experience is different for everyone but the most common experience that has been reported is that you will notice that you are sleeping deeper, waking up feeling more refreshed and ready for the day ahead. You will feel more alert and energetic and find your immune system seems stronger with you being less susceptable to common ailments such as colds and flu. I can't wear anything on my arms at work, what are my options?
The band should be within 1 inch of your body so our advice is to put your wristband in your pocket and then put it back on your wrist after your shift.
What size band should I buy? How snugly should it fit?
How tight you wear the band is based on personal preference. Some people like to wear it loose and able to move, some like it to fit snugly and not move during sports. Measure around your wrist using a piece of string or tape measure then purchase the closest size to your actual wrist size. If you like a loose fit, select the next larger size than the actual measurement.
Can I wear an Harmony Balance band while pregnant?
Yes, as it does not contain any magnets it is perfectly safe to wear while pregnant.
Can I wear more than one Harmony Balance band?
Yes, but we would not recommend wearing more than two, as they are very powerful and stimulating. You would end up getting a higher dose of negative ions than you would in ideal natural sources of negative ions.
Can I wear an Harmony Balance band on my ankle?
Yes, you will need the appropriate size, which may be bigger than for your wrist. Bear in mind that due to the low stretch of our bands it may be difficult to fit over the foot.
Is an Harmony Balance Band only suitable for sport?
No, anyone can use one. We receive many testimonials on how Harmony Balance has helped people from all walks of life.
Is an Harmony Balance band similar to a Power Balance band?
No. Absolutely not. The main principle of an Harmony Balance Band is the power of Negative Ions. A Power Balance Band contains no Negative Ions.
Why is there a mylar hologram on the Harmony Balance wristband?
This is purely for aesthetics and authentication purposes and shows the Harmony Balance logo.
Could I have a "reaction" to the band?
Our product is made of surgical silicon rubber and is safe for most people. However, we do not recommend these products if you are severely allergic to silicon or rubber products.
In addition, the natural healing process initiated by wearing an Harmony Balance band can be interpreted as an adverse reaction, at least at the outset. Wearing the band can stimulate the metabolism and promote the elimination of toxins that have accumulated in cells over the course of years. In some cases, this healing process can lead to such symptoms as headache, fatigue, stiff and aching joints, skin rashes or sinus drainage. This is not an "allergy" or "illness", but can easily be confused with one. The symptoms usually indicate that toxins are being eliminated from congested tissue, and will naturally pass with time.
If you do experience such symptoms after using these products, we recommend you shorten the length of time you wear the product each day, and then gradually work up to a longer usage time. We also recommend that you get adequate rest and drink lots of water to help flush the toxins out of your system.
Why do you sell cream coloured bands and not white ones?
Due to the fact that we add so much negative ion powder to the silicone it is impossible to produce a clinical white item. This is a good thing as it is plain to see that you are getting a genuine product. We could add titanium dioxide to boost the whiteness but we would rather keep the product as natural as possible.
